Ilkley - Bradford

Ilkley, which is in the second spot, was featured on The Times’ Best Places to Live in the UK list in 2023. It has an average asking price of £596,051.

Alwoodley - Leeds

Alwoodley is a suburb in Leeds with an average asking price of £431,946.

Wetherby - Leeds

Wetherby, a market town in Leeds, has an average asking price of £427,793.

There are various shops and restaurants and the River Wharfe for family-friendly walks.
